4- Is There Anything MTSLTD Doesn't Do?
Weight: We have a 20 lb weight limit for safety reasons. We are used to moving smaller items, such as dining table chairs, small ottomans, etc., to clean underneath. If you would like to clean heavier furniture or appliances underneath, you can move them and we will be happy to clean underneath if requested.
Heights: We are limited to a stool 2 feet or less. Safety is the most important thing for us. Keep in mind that, in most cases, kitchen cabinet lids are out of reach. Some luminaires are also out of our reach.
Clutter: We will work through any very cluttered areas to the best of our ability. The same goes for areas used for storage, such as under beds and above cabinets. We are always happy to customize your cleaning service, so please let our office know if you would like these types of things removed to clean underneath and behind. As long as they are within the weight/height limits, we are happy to help!
Outdoor Areas: Our team can clean exterior surfaces such as patios, and decks but not unfinished basements, garages, or exterior windows.
Pet Drains/Body Fluids: This includes, but is not limited to: litter boxes, pet droppings, bird guano, blood, feces, urine, and overflowing toilets. Cleaning up bodily fluids (including that of our furry friends) is something we don't do.
Mold: Some pink/orange mold, or even darker mold, is common in some homes. Don't worry, we can clean small amounts of mold. Large amounts of mold in shower areas, walls, etc. They can affect air quality and pose a safety concern. We cannot clean rooms that are heavily affected by mold or in homes with heavy mold infestations.
Errors: We apologize for not being able to offer post-fumigation cleanups. We request that any insect infestation or fumigation cleanup be completed in its entirety before entering a home.
Chimneys: Soot or ashes from a chimney will damage our equipment, especially our vacuum cleaners. We will simply provide a broom and dustpan and are happy to sweep the fireplace if requested.
Laundry: We do not offer any laundry services, such as ironing or washing/drying clothes.
Carpet Cleaning: We do not offer carpet cleaning services.
The following is a list of items we do not clean: the inside of light fixtures, unreachable light fixtures, window screens, or fabric blinds.
Unless specifically requested, the following items are not included in your cleaning: the inside of your dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, or cleaning your hood fan.
